Return and Refund Policy

At SofiRing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and clear return process.

Return Conditions

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, and in its original condition.
  • The return must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order. After the return is approved, you have an additional 7 days to send the product back.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

1. Register Your Return

  • Always contact our customer support before sending the product back.
  • Send an email to support@sofiring.com and provide the following:
    • Reason for the return
    • Order number
    • Name and address as per the order

Important: Do not send the product back before you have received confirmation from us.

2. Packing

  • Pack the product well, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels.
  • Make sure the package is properly packed and sealed to avoid damage during transport.
  • Include the packing slip in the package.
  • Attach the return shipping label visibly on the package.

3. Send the Return Package

  • Leave the package at your nearest postal agent.
  • Always save the delivery receipt until the return is completed.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the package reaches us. SofiRing cannot be held responsible for packages that have not been properly registered or do not reach us.

4. Refund

  • When we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • If the product shows signs of use or is damaged due to inadequate packaging, we reserve the right to deduct costs for depreciation in value.

  • Returns that are not in original condition or are insufficiently packed may incur additional fees.
